A heartwarming project close to my heart. This initiative is in honour of my best friend, Danie, who we tragically lost in 2008 due to her mental health struggles. Through Give to Give, I aim to extend support to young adults aged 15-21 who are facing similar challenges.

At the core of my being, I've always been driven by a profound sense of generosity. Giving, for me, is not just a trait but a guiding principle. However, in the realm of business and with personal responsibilities, I often find myself balancing the desire to give more with the need to sustain my practice. This balancing act, while challenging, is fueled by my deep empathy for those struggling with mental health issues.

How It Works:

For every 15 sessions facilitated or for any client who submits a video testimonial within two weeks of their session, I will gift a free session to a young adult (15-21) from our list of candidates. These testimonials help spread awareness about mental health and the effectiveness of Havening Techniques while directly contributing to the well-being of someone in need.

Your Role:

As a valued client, your participation is simple yet impactful. By sharing your experience through a video testimonial, you not only aid in your own healing journey but also pave the way for a young adult to receive much-needed support.

Let's join hands to create a ripple of positivity and healing, honouring Danie's memory and supporting those in their mental health journey.

Session Availability and Eligibility:

It's essential to note that the donated sessions are subject to availability and will be scheduled according to my discretion to ensure a balance between my regular practice and this initiative. This ensures that each session, whether paid or donated, receives the attention and care it deserves.

I'm also excited to share that I already have a list of young adults through my connections within my Church who are keen and ready to benefit from this initiative.

However, the heart of Give to Give lies in its inclusivity and reach. If you or someone you know is between the ages of 15-21 and could benefit from being part of this program, I warmly invite you to reach out. Please email me at contact@ellelouisemcbride.com with your details or any queries you might have.

This initiative is about building bridges and extending support, and every connection made is a step towards healing and growth.
