Hi, I’m Elle

I’m a Certified Havening Techniques® Trainer and trauma informed practitioner based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

I work with people who feel deeply, think deeply, and often carry more than they realise. Many of my clients have tried therapy, coaching, or other healing paths and still feel stuck in survival mode. My work focuses on helping the body and brain feel safe enough for real change to happen.

How I work

My approach blends neuroscience with gentle, practical support. Sessions are calm, collaborative, and paced with care. You do not need to relive the past or explain everything in detail for this work to be effective.

I believe healing happens when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and respected.

My journey

My journey with Havening began in 2016, not as a practitioner, but as someone needing support myself.

Before discovering Havening, I struggled with my own emotional patterns and stress responses. When I experienced Havening for the first time, I was surprised by how simple it felt and how deeply it worked. For the first time, change wasn’t just something I understood intellectually, it was something I felt in my body.

That experience changed everything.

I went on to train as a practitioner, and later as a certified trainer. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adults, and practitioners to release long held stress and reconnect with calm, confidence, and self trust.

House of Delta

I founded House of Delta as a space for deeper learning, practitioner training, and mentorship. It’s where I support therapists, coaches, and practitioners who want to work with healing at depth using neuroscience informed tools.

I bring over 10 years of specialised training and more than 15 years of personal development experience into my work. I am insured, professionally trained, and committed to ethical, client centred practice.
