What is Havening?
A woman with dark hair smiling while sitting on a white sofa, holding a mug, in a bright cozy living room.
A woman with dark hair tied in a bun, wearing a white shirt, sitting at a white table, smiling, holding a white mug, in a bright, minimalistic kitchen with white brick walls, a large white decorative vase on the counter, and a round wicker light fixture hanging from the ceiling.

When your nervous system has been under stress for a long time, talking alone does not always help.

This work supports emotional regulation, inner safety, and lasting change using gentle, science backed tools.

Therapy without the “therapy”

Change you’ll feel, not just talk about.

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and focused on what matters now.

We work gently with your nervous system so change feels safe and sustainable.

This is for you if you:

- feel anxious, overwhelmed, or switched on all the time

- are tired of talking without feeling better

- want support that is gentle but effective

- want to feel safe in your body again
